So the first drama blog post that we have made this year is about freeze frame and we got into a groups of four. My group has done meditating and we have to freeze for 15 seconds after that practise all the groups has a turn. Then we got to perform into the stage here is some photos.

The second time that we have blog is about the physic and we also have groups of four. Then we have to make a I movie that will show the person what you need to do to keep healthy like exercise everyday to keep healthy. Then we have to like to show an example excising like doing a push ups star jumps.

The third time that we have made a blog post is about singing. But before that we also got into groups of five and we have to sing any song but about eating something healthy like fruits. Then my groups has pick to do the fruit then we pick what fruit were doing and it is the banana and we have to sing it like banana banana then banana BANANA.

Then the fourth time that we have made the blog post it is know about the Physical activity. Then we also got into groups for this one because one person will need to video the two person of what they are doing. So in this physical activity it is also about excising to keep healthy everyday.

Then the fifth time the we have made in Hurumanu drama is about the emotions. So we what we have to do is sing something like the song when your happy and you know clap your hands. Then after we have practise singing we have to add some few move to like dance when singing.

Hi,
This week in science we have made a science experiment and we are using white powders. So first we have to find groups to work with in our science experiment so in our experiment we have use salt, sugar, baking powder, cornflour, in our experiment. After that we have to split our white powders into three. Then we have to drop 4 of Iodine in each powder.

After that we have now to make the sherbet first we have to get a zip lock to put our sherbet. After that the teachers are gonna put the ingredient after they put all of the ingredient you can shake it and after that you can eat. Then we can enjoy eating it I hope you like it.

Today you will be a forensic chemist.
A bag of white powder has been confiscated by the airport customs.  You need to find out what white powder it is?

Aim: To learn about the makeup of different white powders.

There are  a number of different white powders in our everyday life. Some of these are harmful and others are not. Test the four white powders listed to see which one has been found at the airport.

Here are some examples of everyday kitchen white powders.

Flour, Cornflour, Sugar, Salt, Baking Soda, Baking Powder, Icing Sugar, Tartaric Acid

Citric Acid, Gluten Free flour

You will be given a small amount of 4 white powders on your cardboard. On the black cardboard using a magnifying glass look at the powders.
Look at them under your magnifying glass and record what you see.

These are the four powders we will be using. Upload a photo of each powder.

1.  Cornflour
2.  Baking Soda
3.  Salt
4.  Sugar

Before you add the iodine, vinegar or water you will need to divide each powder into 3.

Materials

1.  Black Paper
2.  Red pen
3.  Ruler
4.  Magnifier
5. Baking soda, Sugar, Cornflour,Salt
6. Iodine
7. Water and vinegar

Steps

1. Grab black paper
2. Then grab the red pen
3. Then use the ruler and draw four lines
4. After that put the names of the white powders
5. Then put the Powder and all of the white powders will be split into 3 and those our cornflour, Sugar, Baking Soda, Salt.
6. Then put 4 Drops of Iodine then four drops of water then put 4 drops of vinegar

Findings:

Cornflour
Appearance

Texture

Write a paragraph about your findings.
The sugar in our experiment was crystal and the texture was hard but the smell was sweet. Then after that we got to put the Iodine then the sugar when really hard then when we put the water it when doughy. The salt was also crystal and the texture is also the same as the sugar and the smell was sour. But when we have put the iodine it wen't hard but when we put water it is also wen't hard then we got to put the vinegar then it also wen't hard.
