Today I am going to tell you if I choose to go or not to visit Tane Mahuta or the Lord and why. The huge tree that you can only see in New Zealand. So have you made a decision that you will go there or not because I have made mine decision I would like to visit the Tane Mahuta because I think it is cool to visit a huge tree in New Zealand. Today I am going to show you about my home town and I am also gonna tell you what is special about my home town. My home town is in Christchurch and I am gonna tell you what is special about Christchurch.

First the Special about Christchurch is the Gondola is where you ride a box and it will take you to the top of the hill and you can see lots of thing on the ground. You can see also a lake when you climb up at the hill.

The Second one is the Hagley Park is were you can have a jog around it. But it is quite big so maybe you can use you bicycle. In Hagley park you can also go in the garden and you can see lots of plants. There is also a river at the of the Hagley park.

Hi, 
Today I am going to write what is the fun thing that I done on the EOTC week so I am creating this blog post so I can show you what it the fun thing that I had done on the EOTC week.

I choose surfing to be my fun thing activity at the EOTC week because it was only my second time going surfing and I got lots of fun doing it. Because I haven't done the surfing for a long time I quite like doing it. At surfing they also teach us how to stand up on the surfing board that's why if we wanted to stand we can try it out. It was also the most fun activity that I have done.

After they were teaching we got into the water and try out the surfing board and catch some waves. At the first time I was trying to stand up on the surfing board but I fell on the water but I got fun and i was kept doing it until I stand up on the board for a long time. They also showed us how to catch some waves so first we have to go on the board and puddle when the waves is coming we have to puddle harder with out hands and faster. So when the waves is coming closer you can feel the waves already hit you and you can start standing up. Have you done surfing before? Or Do you already do surfing.

Summer Learning Journey practice

Today I am going to show the Summer Learning Journey practice that we have been doing. So we have to pick a country to discover more about it so I had pick Australia. Then we have to watch some TV series on a Australian Language then I watch some TV series like (The Voice) but it's Australian there voices were amazing and it is English.

Armistice Day

I am learning to share my ideas and thoughts about what I have read.

Hi,
Today I am going to show what we have been learning about and three things the stood for me. Last week we started doing this Armistice day and we started with some table so today I am going to show three things that had stood me. The Armistice means is treaty like you singed that they agree that they will stop the war.

Firs thing that stood me about Armistice day is people had been dying during the war. Also a few of them only survive at the war and there is only 18,000 of them that made it home.

The second thing that stood for me is that there was thousands of them volunteer to go on the war.

The third thing that stood for me is fighting for there country and sacrificing themselves to save the country . 

Maths DLO

This week we also started doing our Maths DLO this DLO is about using number line to answer a question. For example 299+___=400 and then you will use a number line strategy and then you will know the answer is 101. You also can use subtraction and addition in the number line I am also sorry that the sound is little bit glitchy but you can just watch the video then you will see how I done it step by step. End of year Preparation

W.AL.T Prepare for our end of year PAT comprehensions and star test.

Hi,

This week we started preparing for our end of year PAT comprehensions and star test. For example this test is like testing what you improve from the beginning of the year and this year this test that were going to do is going to show us what we have improve. Like from the beginning of the year to the end of the year.

 We also prepare for the other test like reading. We need to reread the sentence and check again if it's wright. 

On writing we have to make sure that the words that we are writing is making sense and also like on reading reread the sentence. Also make sure that our writing is making sense. 

 If it was on maths you make sure that you try all of the answer then if know that its not really the answer you can like cross it out that why you know that it is not a write one.

This is my goals to improve my PAT comprehension and Star test.

This week we have been doing our practice for summer learning Journey. If you remember the Australia fact that I post on my blog. So this is about Curious kiwi that he forget his book and he is worried that he will be bored on a long flight without anything . He asked you for some help.



I wanted to share 1917 Machines of war the person who write this was Brian Falkner. I shared this with you because it is so interesting and it hook me in maybe you could read about this book someday. This book doesn't have lots of picture but you can see at the back of the book there is a person and Airplanes.

Last Harry Potter

This last week we have been doing our last question on the harry potter. This was on a piece of paper and there is a blank then we have to write a word that make sense on the paragraph. Australia

This week we have started doing about the other countries from around the world and we have to pic on only one. The one the I choose was the Australia because I think I really want to know about Australia. So this is the things that we done and this is about Australia. This blog post is talking about the capital city of Australia.

Hell's gate

Hi,
On Sept 10 we were on Rotorua and we wen't to Hell's gate. The Hell's gate was like a volcanoe and it has also a sulfur pool and it was so hot. Before we go on the sulfur we went to go and have a walk around at the Hell's gate. When we were walking we so the smoke was so huge coming from the ground and the mud was boiling hot and there was also a sign how hot they are and I so it was 100 degree Celsius and you can fill the how how it was. After that we still keep walking but we so a Maori village we also so some of the things that they use to catch birds. There was also some flowers on the side but we also so a water falls but it was not huge but. Then we keep walking then we so a mini volcanoe and there was a stairs on the side if it was not on the side it could get burned by the volcano and we also took some photos of the volcanoe. But after we took some photos and we walk back quickly and wen't into the sulfur the sulfur is a mud that's hot but you can still go on it. But you can't go passing on you head because if the mud goes to your eye it would really heart that's why there was  a rules. Here is some of the photos.

Filipino Bread

To day I am going to show you how to make some Filipino bread that you can easily make at home. The bread is called Ensaymada that has lots of grated cheese on top. So here are the steps on how to make the bread.

Equipments: Large bowl, rolling pin, brush, whisker, baking tray, knife and sift

Ingredients: Milk, yeast, butter, cheese, flour, sugar, salt and egg

Method:

1. You need to warm the milk first.
2. When the milk is warm put the two table spoon of yeast and a little bit of sugar in the milk.
3. While waiting for the milk to produce bubbles, sift all the dry ingredients together.
4. When you sift all the dry ingredients together add the egg and butter.
5. If the milk has bubbles already, add them altogether and mix with the whisker.
6. Knead the dough for about 8-10 minutes.
7. Put it in the large bowl then cover it with damp cloth and let it set for 1 hour
8. When the dough doubled its size remove it from the bowl and cut it into 8 or more equal sizes.
9. Grab one of the pieces and use the rolling pin to roll out the dough into rectangles.
10. Put some cheese in the dough and roll it away from you and seal it properly so the cheese will not fall.
11. Crack the egg and beat it, use the brush and lightly brush the bread with egg.
12. Preheat the oven 190 Celsius
13. Bake the bread on 180 degree Celsius for 5-10 minutes or until brown at the top.
14. Wait for the bread to cool down.
15. While waiting for the bread to cool down make the topping.
16. To make the topping soften the butter mix it and add the sugar. 
17. Using the knife put the topping on top of the bread and serve.

Sky Tower

On The September 8 we were on the Auckland and that was on Saturday. On the afternoon we went on the Sky tower and we just walk. Because we don't know were to park and we walk for a long time like 1 hour to go on sky tower. But when we arrive we so it it was so tall and we wen't on the top using the elevator and at the entrance they taken us a picture and they edit the background and it is so cool. The tower was so high and we went on the 55 floor and that was the floor that you can take a photo. Then we wen't on the 60 floor and that was the cafe we can steal take a photo and there is a telescope but you have to put and coin to make it work. The view was so cool and high we also took some photos here it is.

Duffy books

Hi,

To day I gonna show you about the books that I have got. So the end of the term 3 they have give use the Duffy books that we have chosen but luckily we have to book each. So here is some of the books that I have got so I have started reading about the Ant-Man and it is a picture books. But it is about a virus that started from the space like on NASA the space station. This also talks about team work to save the city it's also a chapter books that has pictures on it. The other book that I have got is The Young Vikings what I think about this book is its good but I have not actually read it yet and I went to look at it and those not have a pictures but it does have chapters. Hi, to day I am going to show you how to play nitro type. The nitro type games helps you to type more faster and I hope you play it. So this is how you play nitro type.

On nitro type you can login or being a guest being a guest can't use nitro. But if you login you can buy nitro or you can earned it free if you win the race if you only came first and second.

Nitro type is as typing game is helps you to type more faster that you ever type before. You can also buy a car and earned money every race. You can buy also a car on the dealership and also nitro's also the paint of your car.

You can also see your highest speed on nitro type if you go on the stats and you can see how much you have improve on typing. It also show's you how much money you have spent. You can also invite your friends that plays nitro type then you can race with them.

On Achievement's you can collect a money or a car that you have earned for free. You also have a garage for your cars and you can swap cars if you have a new one. Also on the garage you can as also see the a word says claim and press claim and it will give you a price it could be a money,Exp,nitro. That's all you can earned.

You can also level up by getting more exp to level up faster and unlocked more cars and to buy them.
