Hi,

In reading I have read about the lack of pigeons so I thought in the story it's about the lack of pigeons. But it was different it was a girl that is going to an audition and talking to stranger that is with here in the train. We also had to answer some questions about the book so here is what I did and I also did a drawing that is part of the story.

In Hurumanu reading I have readed the story called Kahawai. After I readed the book I had answered some questions and put them in a slide, we also have to make a DLO and I did my one in a piece of paper here is what I have done.

1918 Pandemic

In reading I have chosen to read the pandemic online journal book I had chosen that book because it interest me so I started reading it and It was about a flu in 1918. So in this activity we can do Animation, Google Drawing and lots of other tools we can use. Armistice Day

I am learning to share my ideas and thoughts about what I have read.

Hi,
Today I am going to show what we have been learning about and three things the stood for me. Last week we started doing this Armistice day and we started with some table so today I am going to show three things that had stood me. The Armistice means is treaty like you singed that they agree that they will stop the war.

Firs thing that stood me about Armistice day is people had been dying during the war. Also a few of them only survive at the war and there is only 18,000 of them that made it home.

The second thing that stood for me is that there was thousands of them volunteer to go on the war.

The third thing that stood for me is fighting for there country and sacrificing themselves to save the country . 

Last Harry Potter

This last week we have been doing our last question on the harry potter. This was on a piece of paper and there is a blank then we have to write a word that make sense on the paragraph. There were actually some are hard but some can be easy if you know the word that will make sense on the paragraph. Here is the last thing that we have been doing on Harry Potter here it the photo.

1917 Kiwis at war

Hi,
This term I started reading about the 1917 kiwis at war. This book is interesting because when it is almost finished some of the soldiers are dying because they are going for a war they use planes to go on the war that's why it is more dangerous. I also think that I am on the half on the book that I have been reading on the content I am on the Elisabeth and also on the start of the page maybe some of the words are tricky. At the second page of the book it said here is this book is dedicated to the villain airmen who took the skies in service of their country,and especially to those who made the ultimate sacrifice. This book is also amazing it has a map and here is the photo of the book that I have been reading.

Venn Diagram

Hi,

This week we have been doing a Venn Diagram. We also have been reading a fairy tales story like the three little pig,Jack and the Beanstalk and the Goldilocks and the Three bears we have been reading those three story.We also have to write something like the three little pig and the Jack and the beanstalk got the same thing like there was a Antagonist and Protagonist like that. But if you don't know Protagonist is like the main character or the good guy and the Antagonist is the bad guy or the villain so that is what we have been doing on our Venn Diagram.

The three little pigs

Hi. To day I gonna show you the things we have been doing on this week and last week we have to write the things that we thought after reading the story. It is also like you make it on your own words.

The wolf was going on the all of the houses of the three little pig. So he said to the first little that's inside the house made out of straw pig let me in so he puffed and half and plow the house down and eat the first little pig. The wolf was also coming on the second little pig house that is made out of straw. When the wolf got on the house he knocked and the little pig said no so the wolf puffed and half and blow the house down so he so the pig eat him. When the wolf was already eat the two little pig and he was full but not really full so he said I gonna go on the third little pig also got a problem with the wolf because the wolf keep tricking him. But the wolf puffed and half and the house did not get blow down because he build it made out bricks so the wolf can't blow it down and he could not eat the third little pig. So he fallow the little pig and when the little pig when't inside the wolf climb on the roof to go on the chimney and climbed down and down but the little pig made a fire and the wolf fall from it. Then the third little pig did not live happy forever because there still some wolf coming at his house.

Two stories of the little pigs

Hi guys,
 To day I gonna show the three little pig story. So we have been doing this three little pig story and we have to answer the questions and we have to read the two stories of the tree little pig. Because the first story we read was the three little pig story and the other one was the true little three pig story. So we have a questions and we have to write who was the Protagonist the Protagonist means is like the good guy and the Antagonist means is the villain or the bad guy. But the three little pig story was different and the other story the true little three pig was also different.

Reasons for and against Bees

For this week. We have been learning about the bees and we read some books and some of them on the site because we need to put good things and bad things about bees.

I put some facts about Bees For Examples. Then we read some about honey then I found something that they made the honey Bandage but they could it Healing Honey. Then they use healing honey that wounds get infected they don't heal and Honey contains a chemical called hydrogen peroxide. Then this bacteria helps wounds to heal. They said to that the bees they pollinate tomatoes and other fruits to help grow. Then they said that if the Bees died there no more Honey. Bees are good because they make a hips of honey and Bees make frame honey comb because they were putting the honey inside that frame because its have a hips of whole each whole have a honey.

Bads things

They get honey from the flowers. They like flowers. The bees put pollen on the flowers. They really like the honey because they carry it for a long long time. The Queen Bumblebees lays eggs. Live the Bumblebees alone and they live you alone. Bumblebees help plants grow. Farmers really like bees because they pollinate crop Worker Bees bring foods. Bees build underground nest of wax. They made Honey Bandage and if you put honey bandage on your leg and it would be sticky and messy, and the honey bandage would slide off when the skin warmed it up.

They gonna sting you if you distract them getting the Honey. They will died after they sting you or some bees don’t die. They make extremely buzz noise if they get on a group. They make noise if you want to relax outside of your back yard at the afternoon. Bumblebees live for one season before they died. Sometimes worker Bees kill the Queen Bees. Bumblebees can sting more than once sometimes. The Bees are annoying because if you want to go picnic they smell the food or sometimes if you just live them alone they are not gonna sting. Bumblebees are so scary because they are so big. New Queen Bees live alone over the winter. If the Bees sting you and you are allergic you can lose consciousness and you can get your neck will swallow and it’s you breath hardly and you can die. Carpenter bees can ruin your home if they are able to get inside and start hollowing out the wood beams.

Hi Guys, for the past two weeks we have bean searching about Easter Island and we did this mind map. Then we searched in the epic book. We then read what happened. Then we wrote it in our mind map.
