This week in Hurumanu we played a game that looks more like Kio Rahi but not really Kio Rahi only some of it like. It has two teams and two (tupu big drum) 14 poles because in each side there is 7 poles and also one tupu in each side. When we started playing Kio Rahi we had six team the all team names is Dragons, Pandas, Lions, Wolves, Hornets,Shooting Star. There are teams competing each other the team names are Kioma and Taniwha. When we played Kio Rahi we had lots of fun playing because not matter if we lose or win the game.
We also played different sports we played multi sports multi sports is we use different kinds of balls in the game. So in the game we lined up and the teacher will say a number for example 6 six teams from each team they will run up into the end up the court and touch the end. Then they will grab the ball in the middle and for example the ball is a soccer ball the need to play soccer in the court. But if it is a different ball like touch rugby ball they need to play that game.
In all of this game it is not all about winning it needs to include the others in your teams. That why you have a team and you also need to use team work to win, to have fun. In all this game that we have played I learn to make friends to other people that we verse in the game. Our team name is pandas we named our teams pandas because we can't run that fast but we have a good defending skills and also team work defending.
Here are some photos and also videos.
