 Hi,

In Chemistry we started searching up what is Arthritis. S o there are five questions that we have to answer and here is the five questions that we have done.

What is Arthritis? Arthritis is an a infection or an injury to the joints that can lead into a bad situation.

What are the symptoms? The symptoms is Joint pain, Stiffness, Inflammation in and around the joints, Warm red skin.

What causes it? Arthritis starts when you have a caused by a fault in the immune system that causes the body to attack its own tissues in the joints.

What can help it? Pain killer it reduces your pain or Nonsteroidal anti-inflammaratory drugs that can reduce both pain and in inflammation.

Is cracking your fingers bad  for you? I think cracking your fingers is not bad and it doesn't cause your arthritis to make your knuckles larger.

Zombie Apocalypse

 Hi,

In Hurumanu 2 we started making some posters what we did was pick what we think the top 10 rules to survive in a zombie apocalypse. I only made 5 mini posters because I ran out of time making 10 of them and it really takes a lot of time making one. The first one that I made was try to avoid crowded places because there can be a lot of zombies at crowded places and hard to run when zombies are chasing you. Shoot First because if you don't shoot first at the zombie they can attack you and have a hard time dealing with the zombie that attack you so that's why I think that shoot first is important to save your life. The third one that I did was double knot your shoe lases so you don't have to worry tripping over or your shoes getting untied because you accidentally step on it while running away from the zombie. Fire I also choose fire because I think zombies are scared of fires because they don't wan't to get burn by the fire and I also think that they don't like fires. The last one that I have done is called ( It's not a Marathon not a sprint unless its a sprinter then sprint. I think that is important because you need to save your energy because if you keep sprinting always and not jog you could get eaten by zombies because you are so tired of sprinting so that is why I think jog always and sprint when you think the zombie is a sprinter.

What I like to do in the weekends

Hi,

What I like to do in the weekends is to go for a bike if it is a sunny day and go biking for a few hours. I also like watching movies at home if it is raining or go to the cinema in the afternoon and it some lunch before watching in the cinema I like going with my parents and by some popcorn before going in the cinema and watch some new release movies. My favourite thing to do if it is hot is going to the beach or swimming in swimming pools. I like going camping if it is a long weekend because we can spend so much time camping in places that we have never been before and discovering things that we have never seen before in New Zealand.

I really like playing sports so sometimes if the weather is good I wan't to go out playing Basketball or playing Volleyball. Sometimes we just stay home in the weekends and clean the house do the mowing washing the dishes and then vacuuming the house. After that we just go watch movies in the TV and then rest. Me and my parents also my big brother go to church every sunday and at sunday night we come back to church and do evangelistic service at night in the church.

When my hole family is tired I go biking by myself until it is time to go home and eat I like biking because it is refreshing and I just really like it. We also talk to our grandmother and grandfather that is in the Philippines and see what they are doing. I do drawing in the weekends because it is like my hobby and draw some random drawing or characters that I can find in google. I usually draw cityscapes and do perspective drawing I do dose kind of drawing because I think it is really cool and you need to take your time to do it because for me I took a really long time doing dose kind of drawings.

So dose are the things I really like doing in the weekends I hope you like and it and leave a helpful, thoughtful and positive comment in my blog. Also don't forget to ask questions about this post I hope you like it.

ESOL 321RIQ

 Hi,

In ESOL we learned about 321 RIQ and what it means so 321 RIQ ( 3 means 3 things you recall from the activity that you have done, the 2 means insight and you have to wright 2 new things that you have learnt in the lessons that you have been in, 1 means Questions put at least 1 question that you want to ask. R means Recall, I means Insight, Q means Questions.

The 3 things that we have done in ESOL this year we have played a game to remember our names and at the same time introducing ourselves to each other. How we played the game we played the game by each of us is having a turn and say our name then say a word that matches the first letter of your name like  Dex and you have to say a word that starts with letter D like Drumming and say something that you liked. Then you have to put it together like in a short sentence and say I am Drumming Dex and likes Drums. If you are the second person you have to say your name and the letter that starts with your first name and one thing that you like after that you have to say what the things that the person said that is next to you and repeat what she or he said.

The second thing that we have done in ESOL was writing a 200 words or more and we have to write something about blogging and why it is important or un important. Does it helped you improved your writing and also your English writing that was the second thing that we have done.

The third thing that we have done is learning about the 321 RIQ at first I did not know what it means but when the teacher has explained what it means it was familiar so I know what they were for.
